Common use of Pay for Earned, Unused Vacation Clause in Contracts

Pay for Earned, Unused Vacation. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements of 13.1, who qualify for severance pay per 13.2 of this article, and who retire with earned, unused vacation shall receive pay for such vacation. Payment of earned, unused vacation shall be made to the Severance Pay Plan.
