PAY FOR EXTRA WORK. Cooks who work special paid permit functions in the school building, which are non-school sponsored and outside the times of the school day, will be compensated at time and one- half of their hourly rate.

  • Request for Extension Upon request, the Department may extend the time allowed for both a response to the Letter of Concern and a Corrective Action Plan depending upon the nature of the deficiency. The Provider shall request an extension of time in writing from the Department’s designated representative. The written request shall contain a justification and proposed extension period.

  • Responsibility for Equipment City shall not be responsible for any damage to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any equipment used by Contractor, or by any of its employees, even though such equipment be furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor by City.
