Pay for Grievance Handling. Grievance matters shall be handled through Step 5 during the daily schedule of hours with no loss in wages for stewards, officers or employees involved in handling said matter. The Local shall be allowed to have Union representatives deemed necessary at any or all grievance meetings. Employees shall have the right to present their grievances without fear of any penalty or repercussions.
