Pay for Hours of Work Lost. i. In accordance with the provisions of Section 3319.081(G) of the Ohio Revised Code, employees shall be paid for all regular hours of work lost when the building in which they are employed is closed by the order of the Superintendent due to an epidemic or other public calamity. ii. Hours of work are “lost” when the employee is required not to report to work in accordance with the Closure Day Guidelines, or otherwise is directed not to report or sent home by management after reporting.
