Pay for Temporary Leads. 19.4.1 The Company and the Union agree that it is in the best interest of both parties that a consistent method be established to select Temporary Leads in the Operations seniority group. It is further agreed that the purpose of the Temporary Lead position is to coordinate the flow of work and to serve as a point of contact in the event of an emergency.
