Pay for Unused Sick Leave Days. Each teacher with a minimum of five (5) years' service in the district and a minimum of thirty (30) accumulated sick leave days who retires under the Michigan Public School Employees Retirement System shall receive payment of forty dollars ($40) for each accumulated day up to a maximum of two hundred fifteen (215) days.
