Pay for Working on Holiday. i) After thirty (30) calendar days of continuous service, a part-time nurse who works on one of the eleven (11) listed holidays set out in Article 15.10(a) shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2½) times per basic rate. ii) After thirty (30) calendar days of continuous service, a part-time nurse who does not work on any of the eleven (11) holidays, set out in Article 15.10(a), shall be paid her regular straight time hourly rate provided she has worked twelve (12) complete tours during the immediately preceding thirty (30) calendar days.
