Pay on Termination. When an Employee is laid off, voluntarily terminates or is discharged for just cause, payment by cheque (or electronic direct deposit) of all monies owing, including a printed confirmation of earnings and deductions and a Record of Employment shall be sent by Express Post to the Employee’s last known address on the next week regular pay day.
