Paying for Arbitration Sample Clauses

Paying for Arbitration. Arbitration fees will be allocated according to the applicable AAA Rules. All Persons are responsible for their own attorney’s fees, expert fees and any other expenses, unless the arbitrator awards such fees or expenses to a Person based on applicable law.
Paying for Arbitration. Each Administrator charges fees to ad minister an arbitration proceeding. This may include fees not charged by a court. When you choose an Administrator, you should carefully review the fees charged by the Administrator. The fees and costs ol any arbitration, including any initial filing fees, shall be paid in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Administrator. Each party must pay the expense of that party's attorneys, experts, and witnesses, regardless of which party prevails in the arbitration, unless applicable law or the Administrator's rules, procedures ex standards provide otherwise.
Paying for Arbitration. Each party will pay the fees for his, her or its own attorneys, subject to any remedies to which that party may later be entitled under applicable law. In all cases where required by law, the Company will pay the Arbitrator's and arbitration fees. If under applicable law the Company is not required to pay all of the Arbitrator’s and/or arbitration fees, such fee(s) will be apportioned equally between the Parties or as otherwise required by applicable law.
