Payment and Premiums. Employees who work the day shift (7 a.m.-7:30 p.m.) will be paid their base hourly rate plus a premium of $10/hour, as well as applicable weekend, shift, and holiday premiums for qualifying hours worked. Employees who work the night shift (7 p.m.-7:30 a.m.) will be paid their base hourly rate plus a premium of $12/hour, as well as applicable weekend, shift, and holiday premiums for qualifying hours worked. Weekend differential will only be applied for the hours worked from 7 a.m. on Saturday through 7:30 a.m. on Monday for employees enrolled in this program.

Payment and Premiums. 7.1 The cost of insurance coverage, including premiums and charges, shall be determined by the Insurance Provider based on various factors, such as the nature of Xxxxxxxx's business operations and assets.
