Payment and Report. Contractor will pay University the Royalty on or before the 10th day of the month that follows the month in which the Royalty was earned. Contractor will make all Royalty checks payable to “The University of Texas__________________,” and will deliver the monthly payments to University’s _________________________________, accompanied by a written report for the preceding month, showing the Royalty due and the dollar amount of gross revenue (a) from each piece of Equipment, and (b) from each Location. The report will also contain a summary showing all monthly and year-to-date gross revenue generated by Contractor as a result of Work.
Payment and Report. SaskSub will pay the amounts set out in Section 3.1 monthly to ISC and provide a report detailing all Registry Fees collected and Operating Costs charged.
Payment and Report. Astellas shall pay such converted Dollar amount within sixty (60) days after the end of each Fiscal Quarter. EXECUTION VERSION Fiscal Quarter including a description of the credits and offsets deducted on a Product by Product and country by country basis to calculate Net Sales [***]; (b) the royalties payable in U.S. dollars, if any, which shall have accrued hereunder based upon such Net Sales of Products (including the calculation of any reduction under Section 9.4.3); (c) the withholding taxes, if any, required by law to be deducted in respect of such royalties; (d) the dates of the First Commercial Sale of each Product in each country in the Territory, if it has occurred during the corresponding Fiscal Quarter; (e) with respect to sales in Japan, [***] and applicable royalty rate under Section 9.4.2.2; and (f) an itemized calculation of the Exchange Rate used in determining the royalty amount expressed in U.S. dollars.
Payment and Report. All payments accruing during each calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement shall be paid by Yahoo! to Digital within thirty (30) days of the end of each such calendar quarter. With each such payment, Yahoo! shall also prepare and provide to Digital a report setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of each of the following for such calendar quarter: [XXXX]; together with such data as may be reasonably necessary to support such calculations.
Payment and Report. The Additional Consideration and Endo Payment shall be paid on a quarterly basis, within thirty (30) days of the end of the applicable Calendar Quarter. The payment shall be accompanied by a report specifying the total Unit sales, the Net Sales of the Licensed Product, and the Additional Consideration payable in respect of that Calendar Quarter.
