Common use of Payment for Any Required Break-In Clause in Contracts

Payment for Any Required Break-In. The Employer may, but need not; require break-in procedures of any classification of Deck Officer. Any such break-in procedures may be offered to Deck Officers in the applicable classification; and any Deck Officer undergoing any required break-in procedure shall receive full pay for the time required under all provisions of this Agreement relating to the payment of wages, overtime, travel time, and all other forms of compensation.
