Payment for Entire Shift. If the major part of an employee's shift is worked on any one of the statutory holidays listed in this Article, such employee shall be paid at one and one- half (1½) times her or his regular rate for all work performed on the shift.

  • Payment for Overtime 1. Except as provided in 2.C.3., below, overtime shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate.
