Payment for Other Services. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord as Rent all charges for any services, goods, or materials furnished by Landlord at Tenant’s request immediately upon receipt of Landlord’s written request for payment.
Payment for Other Services. Tenant agrees to pay Landlord as Additional Rent all charges for any services, goods, or materials furnished at Tenant's request which are not required to be furnished by Landlord under this Lease, immediately upon demand, plus an administrative fee not to exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of the requested services, good or materials.
Payment for Other Services. Fees and reimbursement for other costs and services will be determined by mutual consent of the (School/System) and the College per Attachment 2, which is hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement.
Payment for Other Services. From time to time, a Party may incur costs to provide services for the benefit of the other Parties. Prior to providing such services, the Interoperability Committee shall define the necessary services and determine the allocation of costs between the Parties. Parties shall pay their respective costs within 90 days of invoice.

The hourly rates in force will be published regularly in the AXI price list. Travel expenses will be calculated on the basis of the distance covered. The rate per kilometre will also be published in the AXI price list.
