Payment for Test. The Township will pay the cost of any test it requires of an Employee except:  When testing is required by chemical dependency professional as part of assessment, treatment, or follow-up to either; and  For a re-test when the Employee challenges a test result.

  • PAYMENT FOR WORK The H-GAC Customer is responsible for making payment to the Contractor upon delivery and acceptance of the goods or completion of the services and submission of the subsequent invoice.
