Payment for Work in a Higher Classification. The Co-operative agrees to pay the hourly rate for the classification to an employee who works over fifty (50%) per cent of the basic work week in the higher classification for all hours worked during that week. D-1 The Co-operative shall continue to contribute five (5¢) cents per hour, as outlined below, into the Manitoba Food and Commercial Workers, Local 832 Education and Training Trust Fund. • January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 - five (5¢) cents per hour • January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 – contributions cease for the year • January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 - five (5¢) cents per hour • January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 – contributions cease for the year • January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 - five (5¢) cents per hour BETWEEN: AND: chartered by the United Food & Commercial Workers International Union, hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
