Payment Network Rules. The Payment Networks have established guidelines, bylaws, rules, and regulations ("Payment Network Rules"). You are required to comply with all Payment Network Rules that are applicable to merchants. You can review portions of the Payment Network rules at Visa and MasterCard. The Payment Networks reserve the right to amend the Payment Network Rules. The Processor, acting on behalf of Aloha dot, reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time with notice to you as necessary to comply with Network Rules or otherwise address changes in the Service.

Payment Network Rules. The Payment Networks have established guidelines, bylaws, rules, and regulations in the form of the Payment Network Rules. You are required to comply with all applicable Payment Network Rules. The Payment Network Rules for Visa, MasterCard and American Express are available on the Internet at the following links: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The Payment Networks may amend the Payment Network Rules at any time and without notice to us or to you. Insofar as the terms of this Agreement and/or the Processor Terms are inconsistent with the Payment Network Rules, the Payment Network Rules shall prevail. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with notice to you, as may be necessary to comply with the Payment Network Rules.
Payment Network Rules. Licensee shall comply with the rules and regulations of Payment Networks including but not limited to those of Visa (available here xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx ) and those of MasterCard (available here xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/us/wce/PDF/13000_MSP‐Entire_Manual.pdf ), including but not limited to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) and the MasterCard Site Data Protection Program (SDP).

  • MINIMUM WAGE LAWS 35 A. Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and 36 State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the greater of the 37 federal or California Minimum Wage to all its employees that directly or indirectly provide services 1 pursuant to this Agreement, in any manner whatsoever. CONTRACTOR shall require and verify that 2 all its contractors or other persons providing services pursuant to this Agreement on behalf of 3 CONTRACTOR also pay their employees no less than the greater of the federal or California Minimum 4 Wage.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Minimum Vendor Legal Requirements Vendor shall remain aware of and comply with this Agreement and all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of products/services offered by Vendor under this contract. Such applicable laws, ordinances, and policies must be complied with even if not specified herein.
