Common use of Payment of Allowances Clause in Contracts

Payment of Allowances. As allowances accrue in accordance with Sections 9.4 and 9.5, above, they shall be paid on the first pay period after such allowances accrue, providing the proper documentation is submitted in a timely fashion to the Contractor. Transportation allowance and travel time, in accordance with 9.4(B) above will be paid for both going to and for returning from the job.
