Payment of Base of Salary. In the event that Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to any subsection of Section 3.1 of this Agreement, Company shall, within 14 calendar days following the Separation Date, pay to Employee, Employee’s spouse or Employee’s estate, as the case may be, any amounts due to Employee for Base Salary through the Separation Date. In the event of a termination pursuant to Section 3.1.5 (by Employee without Good Reason), upon receiving Employee’s notice, Company has the option, at its discretion (a) to continue to engage Employee’s services through the 30 day notice period until the Separation Date, or (b) terminate the use of Employee’s services during the 30 day notice period prior to the Separation Date but treat Employee as if he were providing services through the 30 day notice period until the Separation Date for purposes of determining Employee’s compensation due him pursuant to this Section 3.2.1.

Payment of Base of SalaryIf Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to any subsection of Section 3.1, Company shall, within 14 calendar days following the Separation Date, pay to Employee, Employee’s surviving spouse (or, if none, Employee’s estate), as the case may be, any amounts due to Employee for Base Salary through the Separation Date. If a termination occurs pursuant to Section 3.l.5 (by Employee without Good Reason), when Company receives Employee’s notice Company shall have the option, at its discretion (a) to continue to engage Employee’s services through the 30 day notice period until the Separation Date, or (b) terminate the use of Employee’s services during the 30 day notice period before the Separation Date but treat Employee as if he were providing services through the 30 day notice period until the Separation Date for purposes of determining Employee’s compensation due him pursuant to this Section 3.2.1.

  • Payment of Salary Employee acknowledges and represents that the Company has paid all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation, commissions and any and all other benefits due to Employee.

  • Payment of Benefits All or part of the contract benefits may be paid under one or more of the following: - a variable payment plan; - a fixed payment plan; or - in cash. The provisions and rate for variable and fixed payment plans are described in Section 11. Contract benefits may not be placed under a payment plan unless the plan would provide to each beneficiary a monthly income the initial amount of which is at least the minimum payment amount shown on page 4. A Withdrawal Charge will be deducted from contract benefits before their payment under certain conditions described in Section 7.3.

  • Commencement of Benefits The benefits commence six (6) months from the date that disability began, which shall include the period of payment under the terms of the Short Term Income Protection Plan. Proof of disability must be submitted within six (6) months following the Qualifying Period.

  • Payment of Salaries 5.5.1 Basis of Calculation The salaries of principals shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and those paid on a regular basis).

  • Payment of Benefit The Company shall pay the annual benefit to the Executive in 12 equal monthly installments commencing with the month following the Executive’s Normal Retirement Date, paying the annual benefit to the Executive for a period of 15 years.

  • Form of Compensation Compensation for overtime shall be paid except where, upon request of the Employee, and with the approval of the Employer, or its representative, overtime may be granted in the form of time off in lieu of overtime hours worked.

  • Payment of Base Rent Tenant agrees to pay the Base Rent for the Premises. Monthly Installments of Base Rent shall be payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month of the Term. If the Term begins (or ends) on other than the first (or last) day of a calendar month, the Base Rent for the partial month shall be prorated on a per diem basis. Tenant shall pay Landlord the first Monthly Installment of Base Rent when Tenant executes the Lease.

  • Payment of Salary and Receipt of All Benefits Employee acknowledges and represents that, other than the consideration set forth in this Agreement, the Company has paid or provided all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation/paid time off, premiums, leaves, housing allowances, relocation costs, interest, severance, outplacement costs, fees, reimbursable expenses, commissions, stock, stock options, vesting, and any and all other benefits and compensation due to Employee.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Assignment of Benefits Neither the Participant nor any other beneficiary under the Plan shall have any right to assign the right to receive any benefits hereunder, and in the event of any attempted assignment or transfer, the Company shall have no further liability hereunder.
