Payment of Change Orders. VPRA shall determine how to pay Contractor for Change Orders. VPRA shall compensate Contractor through one of the following:
Payment of Change Orders. If LESSEE requests additional work outside the scope of Exhibits “A” and “B”, approved by LESSEE by way of Change Order (based on proper evidence of the costs submitted to, and approved by, LESSEE upon completion of work), then LESSEE shall be responsible for the additional cost.
