Common use of Payment of Employee Benefits During Maternity and/ Clause in Contracts

Payment of Employee Benefits During Maternity and/. or Parental/Adoption Leave‌ During the period of maternity and/or parental/adoption leave, an employee will accumulate all benefits and the Employer will continue to pay the extended health, medical, dental, disability, group life, pension and other benefits of this agreement.
