Payment of Fines, Fees, and Administrative Fees. You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless for any tickets, citations, fines, penalties, and/or administrative fees incurred as a result of Your use of Our Services. You agree to pay any fines, fees, penalties, impounding charges, court costs, traffic tickets, and/or any other charges incurred by You, or by Course or SMMS, that result from You parking any Vehicle improperly, or as a result of You violating any law, rule, regulation, and/or ordinance while using the Services. You authorize Us to directly xxxx to the credit/debit card and/or other payment method You used to rent the Vehicle.

Payment of Fines, Fees, and Administrative Fees. You agree to indemnify and hold Sandals Royal Curacao harmless for any tickets, citations, fines, penalties and/or administrative fees incurred as a result of Your use of the Vehicle. You agree to promptly pay any fines, fees, penalties, impounding charges, court costs, traffic tickets, and/or any other charges incurred by You that result from You using the Vehicle improperly, or as a result of You violating any law, rule, regulation, and/or ordinance while using the Vehicle. You hereby authorize Sandals Royal Curacao and its affiliates, agents, contractors, and representatives, and Sandals Royal Curacao Resort to directly bill to the credit/debit card and/or other payment method You provided to them for any costs and expense associated with Your use of the Vehicle.

  • Payment of Fees and Charges 3.1 The Participant shall pay to the Service Provider the fees and charges as long as this Agreement continues in force.

  • REPORT ON CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENT A. CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT. Each calendar quarter, Supplier must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. Reports are due no later than 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Supplier must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Participating Entity Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Participating Entity Physical Street Address; • Participating Entity City; • Participating Entity State/Province; • Participating Entity Zip/Postal Code; • Participating Entity Contact Name; • Participating Entity Contact Email Address; • Participating Entity Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Supplier.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to Xxxxxxxx and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, X. Xxxxx shall reimburse Xxxxxxxx’x counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to X. Xxxxx’x attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, X. Xxxxx shall issue a check payable to “Xxxxxxx Xxxxx” in the amount of $16,500.00 for delivery to the address identified in Section 3.2(a)(i), above.

  • Collection of Fees The Operating Committee shall establish a system for the collection of fees authorized under this Article XI. The Operating Committee may include such collection responsibility as a function of the Plan Processor or another administrator. Alternatively, the Operating Committee may use the facilities of a clearing agency registered under Section 17A of the Exchange Act to provide for the collection of such fees. Participants shall require each Industry Member to pay all applicable fees authorized under this Article XI within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice or other notice indicating payment is due (unless a longer payment period is otherwise indicated). If an Industry Member fails to pay any such fee when due (as determined in accordance with the preceding sentence), such Industry Member shall pay interest on the outstanding balance from such due date until such fee is paid at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of: (a) the Prime Rate plus 300 basis points; or (b) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. Each Participant shall pay all applicable fees authorized under this Article XI as required by Section 3.7(b).

  • Payment of Fees All fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent (or to the Issuing Lender, in the case of fees payable to it) for distribution, in the case of commitment fees and participation fees, to the Lenders entitled thereto. Fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
