Payment of Health Premiums. The District office shall be required to maintain and pay for coverage for the duration of the leave, not to exceed 12 weeks in a 12 month period. The District may recover the premium that it paid as required by this Section for maintaining coverage for the employee under the group health plan if both the following conditions occur:
