Common use of Payment of Healthcare Premiums Clause in Contracts

Payment of Healthcare Premiums. Stitch Fix further agrees to continue to pay the premiums required to continue group health insurance coverage for Employee through April 30, 2018, under the applicable provisions of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (“COBRA”), provided that Employee elects to continue and remains eligible for these benefits under COBRA, and does not obtain medical coverage through another employer or otherwise during this period.

Payment of Healthcare Premiums. Stitch Fix further agrees to continue to pay the premiums required to continue group health insurance coverage for Employee through April 30, 2018, the month of May 2023 under the applicable provisions of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (“COBRA”), provided that Employee elects to continue and remains eligible for these benefits under COBRA, and does not obtain medical coverage through another employer or otherwise during this period.

Payment of Healthcare Premiums. Stitch Fix further agrees to continue to pay the premiums required to continue group health insurance coverage for Employee through April 30, 2018, the entire month of January 2024 under the applicable provisions of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (“COBRA”), provided that Employee elects to continue and remains eligible for these benefits under COBRA, and does not obtain medical coverage through another employer or otherwise during this period.
