Payment of Member Dues. A Member shall pay its first year’s Member Dues to DNS-OARC upon execution and delivery of this Agreement. All subsequent Member Dues shall be paid on or before the annual renewal date of this Agreement. If DNS-OARC does not receive payment in full within thirty (30) days of the due date, then the Member shall be deemed suspended and shall not be entitled to participate in DNS-OARC until such time as such Member Dues are paid in full. If dues are not received within 90 days of due date, a late fee of 10% may be assessed. Furthermore, DNS-OARC shall have the right to declare a default and terminate such Member in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 4.3 below.

  • Rollovers of Settlement Payments From Bankrupt Airlines If you are a qualified airline employee who has received a qualified airline settlement payment from a commercial airline carrier under the approval of an order of a federal bankruptcy court, you are allowed to roll over up to 90 percent of the proceeds to your Traditional IRA, within 180 days after receipt of such amount, or by a later date if extended by federal law. If you make such a rollover contribution, you may exclude the amount rolled over from your gross income in the taxable year in which the airline settlement payment was paid to you.   • Payment of Dues Blue Shield of California offers a variety of op- tions and methods by which you may pay your dues. Please call Customer Service at the tele- phone number indicated on your Identification Card to discuss these options. Dues payments by mail should be sent to: Blue Shield of California X.X.   • Membership Fees 59.01 The Employer shall reimburse an employee for the payment of membership or registration fees to an organization or governing body when the payment of such fees is a requirement for the continuation of the performance of the duties of the employee’s position.

  • PROFESSIONAL DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS A. For Dues paying members, The District shall deduct one-twelfth (1/12) of dues and representation fee from the regular salary check of the unit member each month for twelve (12) months. Deductions for unit members who begin paid service after the commencement of the school year shall be prorated based on percentage of employment. Unit members serving one-half time paid service or less shall pay one-half of the dues and representation fee.

  • Rollovers of Exxon Xxxxxx Settlement Payments If you receive a qualified settlement payment from Exxon Xxxxxx litigation, you may roll over the amount of the settlement, up to $100,000, reduced by the amount of any qualified Exxon Xxxxxx settlement income previously contributed to a Traditional or Xxxx XXX or eligible retirement plan in prior taxable years. You will have until your tax return due date (not including extensions) for the year in which the qualified settlement income is received to make the rollover contribution. To obtain more information on this type of rollover, you may wish to visit the IRS website at xxx.xxx.xxx.

  • Retirement Payment Employees with 25 or more total years of service in the program, who give two months’ notice of intent to retire, shall be provided the equivalent of 16% of annual salary, or $16,000, whichever is greater, at date of termination. The payment shall not exceed $20,000.

Deductions for bargaining unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately pro-rated to complete payments by the end of the school year.
