Payment of Regular Wages and Accrued Paid Time Off. Whether Employee signs this Agreement or not, Employer will pay Employee’s regular wages through the Separation Date, plus any accrued but unused paid time off (PTO), less all lawful and authorized deductions and withholdings. Employee’s PTO totals 120.64, which Employee affirms is accurate. Employee acknowledges that upon receipt of these payments, together with the payments Employee has already received, he or she will have received full payment of all compensation of any kind (including wages, paid time off, vacation, sick leave, commissions and bonuses) earned as a result of employment with Employer.

  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • TIME OF PAYMENT OF ACCRUED BENEFIT Unless, pursuant to Section 6.03, the Participant or the Beneficiary elects in writing to a different time or method of payment, the Advisory Committee will direct the Trustee to commence distribution of a Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit in accordance with this Section 6.01. A Participant must consent, in writing, to any distribution required under this Section 6.01 if the present value of the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit, at the time of the distribution to the Participant, exceeds $3,500 and the Participant has not attained the later of Normal Retirement Age or age 62. Furthermore, the Participant's spouse also must consent, in writing, to any distribution, for which Section 6.04 requires the spouse's consent. For all purposes of this Article VI, the term "annuity starting date" means the first day of the first period for which the Plan pays an amount as an annuity or in any other form. A distribution date under this Article VI, unless otherwise specified within the Plan, is the date or dates the Employer specifies in the Adoption Agreement, or as soon as administratively practicable following that distribution date. For purposes of the consent requirements under this Article VI, if the present value of the Participant's Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit, at the time of any distribution, exceeds $3,500, the Advisory Committee must treat that present value as exceeding $3,500 for purposes of all subsequent Plan distributions to the Participant.

  • Payment of Accrued Obligations The Company shall pay to the Executive upon the Executive’s Severance a lump sum payment in cash, paid in accordance with applicable law, as soon as practicable but no later than ten (10) days after the Severance Date, equal to the sum of (a) the Executive’s accrued annual base salary and any accrued vacation pay through the Severance Date, and (b) any annual bonus earned by the Executive from the year preceding the Severance Date but not yet paid as of the Severance Date.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company.   • Form and Time of Payment of RSUs (a) Payment for the RSUs, after and to the extent they have become nonforfeitable, shall be made in the form of shares of Common Stock. Except as provided in Section 5(b) or 5(c), payment shall be made within 10 days following the date that the RSUs become nonforfeitable pursuant to Section 4 hereof.

  • Accrued Wages and Vacation; Expenses Without regard to the reason for, or the timing of, Employee’s termination of employment: (i) the Company shall pay the Employee any unpaid base salary due for periods prior to the Termination Date; (ii) the Company shall pay the Employee all of the Employee’s accrued and unused vacation through the Termination Date; and (iii) following submission of proper expense reports by the Employee, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Employee in connection with the business of the Company prior to the Termination Date.
