PAYMENT OF SALARY AND ALLOWANCES. 25.1 WEEKEND PREMIUM (a) Employees whose regular schedule requires work on a Saturday and/or Sunday shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for work performed at regular rates on a Saturday and/or Sunday. (b) Payment of the weekend premium does not apply to Employees who have a Flexible Work Schedule in place (as per Article 20.9).

(a) Regular Full-time Employees and Regular Part-time Employees whose regular schedule requires work on a calendar Saturday and/or Sunday shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for work performed at regular rates on a Saturday and/or Sunday.
(b) Payment of the weekend premium does not apply to Employees persons who have a Flexible Work Schedule flexible hours of work agreement in place (as per Article 20.9)place.
