Payment of Untaken Sick Leave During Employment. 18.9.1 A weekly employee who has a Minimum Personal Leave Bank of 152 hours at the commencement of the businesses’ common personal leave year and who does not take the whole of his / her personal leave entitlement for that year shall be entitled, at the end of the businesses’ common personal leave year, to elect be paid an amount equivalent to up to eight (8) days / 60.8 hours untaken personal leave for that year. 18.9.2 An employee shall not, under any circumstances, be entitled to payment of untaken personal leave under this clause in excess of 60.8 hours in any one year.
