Common use of Payment Policy Clause in Contracts

Payment Policy. (a) For direct bookings, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be charged to nominated credit card provided on this Agreement. Remaining balance shall be made four weeks prior to travel. (b) Credit card payment incurs 1% surcharge to cover some of the Bank Merchant charges. We only accept Master and Visa cards. (c) Payment for bookings from a third party (e.g. a travel agent), the third party’s payment policy applies.
