Payment Withholding. Any payment due by the AAAPP under the terms of this contract may be withheld pending the receipt and approval by the AAAPP of all financial and programmatic reports due from the Sub-Recipient and any adjustments thereto, including any disallowance not resolved.
Payment Withholding. Distributions of FTE funds may be withheld without penalty of interest, upon written notice by the Sponsor, if any of the following required documents are more than thirty (30) calendar days overdue:

Payment Withholding. Guild shall make all payments to Xxxxxx hereunder from its general funds. To the extent required by law in effect at the time payments are made, Guild shall withhold from payments made hereunder any taxes required to be withheld pursuant to federal, state or local law. Xxxxxx remains responsible for the payment of all federal, state or local taxes imposed on Xxxxxx based on her receipt of any Incentive Compensation hereunder.
Payment Withholding. Pursuant to 8 CCR 16463(e), the District may withhold contract payments when payroll records are delinquent or inadequate or as required by the Labor Commissioner. The amount withheld shall be limited to those payments due or estimated to be due to the Contractor or Subcontractor whose payroll records are delinquent or inadequate, plus any additional amount that the Labor Commissioner has reasonable cause to believe may be needed to cover a back wage and penalty assessment against the Contractor or Subcontractor whose payroll records are delinquent or inadequate; provided that the Contractor shall be required in turn to cease all payments to a Subcontractor whose payroll records are delinquent or inadequate until the Labor Commissioner provides notice that the Subcontractor has cured the delinquency or deficiency.
Payment Withholding. After such time (if any) that monies are deliverable to the Company by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the Escrow Agreement, a Participating Broker may withhold the selling commissions and marketing support fees to which it is entitled from the purchase price for the Shares in the Offering and forward the balance of the subscription proceeds to the Company if (i) the Participating Broker is legally permitted to do so and (ii) (A) the Participating Broker meets all applicable net capital requirements under the rules of FINRA or other applicable rules regarding such an arrangement; (B) the Participating Broker forwards the subscription agreement to the Company and receives the Company’s written acceptance of the subscription prior to forwarding the purchase price for the Shares, net of the selling commissions and marketing support fees to which the Participating Broker is entitled, to the Company or an agent designated by the Company; and (C) the Participating Broker verifies that there are sufficient funds in the investor’s account with the Participating Broker to cover the entire cost of the subscription; and (iii) if the Company has received and accepted subscriptions for at least the minimum offering.
Payment Withholding. The CONTRACTOR agrees that the reporting and record keeping requirements specified in this contract are a material element of performance and that if, in the opinion of the STATE, the CONTRACTOR's record keeping practices and/or reporting to the STATE are not conducted in a timely and satisfactory manner, the STATE may withhold part or all payments under this or any other contract until such deficiencies have been remedied. In the event of the payment(s) being withheld, the STATE agrees to notify the CONTRACTOR in writing prior to denial of payment of the reasons for the denial and of the actions that the CONTRACTOR will need to take to bring about the release of withheld payments.
Payment Withholding. 4.1. Except as otherwise provided herein or in the Plan, the Company will deliver to Participant an amount of shares of its common stock equal to the number of Vested TSUs awarded to Participant herein no later than thirty (30) days following each applicable Vesting Date.
Payment Withholding. ACBHD may withhold payments to Contractor due to one or more of the following conditions.

XXXXXXX agrees that the reporting and record keeping requirements specified in this Agreement are a material element of performance and that if, in the opinion of DWS, XXXXXXX’S record keeping practices and/or reporting to DWS are not conducted in a timely and satisfactory manner, DWS may withhold part or all payments under this or any other Agreement until such deficiencies have been remedied. In the event of the payment(s) being withheld, XXX agrees to notify GRANTEE of the deficiencies that must be corrected in order to bring about the release of withheld payment.
