Payments by Tenant. Tenant shall pay Rent at the times and in the manner provided in this Lease. All obligations of Tenant hereunder to make payments to Landlord shall constitute Rent and failure to pay the same when due shall give rise to the rights and remedies provided for in Section 7.8. If Tenant consists of more than one person or entity, the obligations imposed under this Lease upon all such persons or entities shall be joint and several.

Payments by Tenant. Throughout the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, without demands, deductions, set-offs or counterclaims, the Rent, which is hereby defined as the sum of the Minimum Rent, Percentage Rent and all additional rent, when and as the same shall be due and payable hereunder. Unless otherwise stated, all sums of money or charges of any kind or nature, in addition to Minimum Rent and Percentage Rent, payable by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to this Lease or the Exhibits attached hereto are defined as "additional rent" and are due thirty (30) days after the rendering of an invoice therefor, without any deductions, set-offs or counterclaims, and failure to pay such sums of money or charges shall carry the same consequences as Tenant's failure to pay Rent. All payments and charges required to be made by Tenant to Landlord hereunder shall be payable in United States funds, at the address indicated on page 1 of this Lease, unless otherwise specified by written notice from Landlord to Tenant. No payment by Tenant or receipt by Landlord of a lesser amount than the correct Rent shall be deemed to be other than a payment on account and no endorsement or statement on any check or other communication accompanying a check for payment of any amounts payable hereunder shall be deemed an accord and satisfaction, and Landlord may accept such check in payment without prejudice to Landlord's right to recover the balance of any sums owed by Tenant hereunder or to pursue any other remedy available in this Lease, or under law, against Tenant.
Payments by Tenant. 7.3.1 Tenant shall pay to Landlord as additional Rent on the first day of each full calendar month of the Term of this Lease, Tenant's monthly proportionate share of Landlord's Estimated Expenses (as defined below). If the Term of this Lease begins on a day other than the first day of a month, Tenant shall pay, in advance, its prorated share of the Landlord's Estimated Operating Expenses for such partial month.
Payments by Tenant. In case of any such re-entry, termination and/or dispossession by summary proceedings or otherwise as provided in the immediately preceding paragraph, (i) the Basic Rent and Additional Rent shall become due thereupon and be paid up to the time of such re-entry, dispossession and/or termination, together with such expenses, including reasonable attorneysfees and expenses, as Landlord shall incur in connection with such re-entry, termination and/or dispossession by summary proceedings or otherwise; (ii) Landlord may in good faith relet the Leased Property or any part or parts thereof, either in the name of Landlord or otherwise, for a term or terms which may, at Landlord’s option, be equal to or less than or exceed the period which would otherwise have constituted the balance of the term of this Lease; (iii) Tenant shall also pay to Landlord all other damages and expenses which Landlord shall have sustained by reason of the breach of any provision of this Lease, including, without limitation, legal expenses, reasonable attorneys’ fees, brokerage commissions and expenses incurred in altering, repairing and putting the Leased Property and any buildings and improvements thereon in good order and condition and in preparing the same for reletting, which expenses shall be paid by Tenant as they are incurred by Landlord; (iv) Tenant shall also pay to Landlord the amount by which the Basic Rent reserved in this Lease exceeds the net amount, if any, of the rents collected on account of the leases of the Leased Property for each month of the period which would otherwise have constituted the Term of this Lease (excluding unexercised extension options), which amounts shall be paid in monthly installments by Tenant on the respective Installment Payment Dates specified therefor, and any suit brought to collect said amounts for any month or months shall not prejudice in any way the rights of Landlord to collect the deficiency in any subsequent month by a similar action or proceeding; and/or (v) at the option of Landlord exercised at any time, Landlord forthwith shall be entitled to recover from Tenant as liquidated damages, in addition to any other proper claims but in lieu of and not in addition to any amount which would thereafter have become payable under the preceding clause (iv), whichever of the following sums Landlord shall elect:
Payments by Tenant. 1. Tenant shall pay Landlord all sums due Landlord for items of work performed or expenses incurred by Landlord on behalf of Tenant within ten (10) days after receipt by Tenant of a statement therefor from Landlord. Such items of work and expenses incurred include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

Payments by Tenant. Without prejudice to any other provision of this Sublease Agreement, Tenant covenants to pay to Landlord promptly as and when due without demand, deduction, set-off, or counterclaim whatsoever all sums due and payable by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Sublease Agreement, and covenants not to exercise or seek to exercise any right or claim to withhold rent or any right or claim to legal or equitable set-off.
Payments by Tenant. Tenant shall pay to Landlord within five (5) days after Landlord's delivery to Tenant of its statements the amount of the expenditures Landlord made and the expenses Landlord incurred in connection with Landlord's rectification of Tenant's defaults in accordance with the provisions of Section 21.i. Tenant's obligations under this Section 21.j will survive the Lease Termination Date.
Payments by Tenant. All amounts payable by Tenant under this Exhibit F are payable to Landlord as additional Rent within ten (10) days after Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s demand.
