Payments During LNTP No. 2. Following issuance of LNTP No. 2, Owner shall pay Contractor the amounts specified in the row (of the following table) for the Monthly Payment of Month N. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, such payment shall be made no later than one (1) Business Day after (i) Owner’s issuance of LNTP No. 2 and (ii) Owner’s receipt of Contractor’s invoice for such sum (including all applicable documentation required under the Agreement, including Attachment I). Such invoice shall be in the form of Exhibit A to Schedule I-1. No other amounts are authorized under this Limited Notice to Proceed No. 2 for any other services, labor or Work.
