Payout upon Termination of Employment. ‌ An employee whose employment terminates after working for the College for at least six months shall be paid his or her accumulated annual leave and compensatory time at a rate of compensation equal to the greater of: (1) the average regular rate received by the employee during the last three (3) years of employment or (2) the final regular rate. An employee who transfers to another State agency shall have his or her leave balances transferred from the College to the employee’s new employing agency if the agency will accept the transfer.
