Payroll Adjustments. Any error resulting in insufficient payment of $25 or more in the regular pay for a unit member shall be corrected and a supplemental check issued, not later than five (5) working days after the unit member provides notice to the payroll department. Any error resulting in insufficient payment of less than $25 in the regular pay for a unit member or any error in extra pay for overtime or extra hours or extracurricular services shall be corrected and added to the next payroll check issued not earlier than five (5) working days after the unit member provides notice to the payroll department.
