Payroll and Certified Statement Filing Requirements and Additional. Retainage Contractor or Contractor's surety, and every subcontractor or subcontractor's surety, shall file with District written payroll and certified statements (Certified Payrolls) that accurately and completely contain the payroll records for each week during which the Contractor or subcontractor employs a worker on a public works project. The Certified Payrolls shall contain the information required and conform to the requirements set forth in ORS 279C.845 and Oregon Administrative Rule 839-025-0010. Contractor shall file the Certified Payrolls with District once a month by the fifth business day of the following month. District shall retain 25 percent of any amount earned by Contractor, in addition to other retainage, on the work until Contractor has filed with District the required Certified Payrolls. District shall pay Contractor the amount retained under this section within 14 days after the Contractor files the Certified Payrolls required by this section regardless of whether a subcontractor has failed to file Certified Payrolls. District is not required to verify the truth of the contents of the Certified Payrolls filed by Contractor. Contractor shall retain 25 percent of any amount earned by a first-tier subcontractor on the work until the subcontractor has filed with District the required Certified Payrolls. Contractor shall verify that the first-tier subcontractor has filed the Certified Payrolls before the Contractor may pay the subcontractor any amount retained under this section. Contractor shall pay the first-tier subcontractor the amount retained under this section within 14 days after the subcontractor files the Certified Payrolls required by this section. Neither District nor Contractor is required to verify the truth of the contents of the Certified Payrolls filed by the first-tier subcontractor. HOSS PAVING, INC.   • Master Servicer’s Financial Statements and Related Information For each year this Agreement is in effect, the Master Servicer shall submit to the Trustee, any NIMS Insurer, each Rating Agency and the Depositor a copy of its annual unaudited financial statements on or prior to March 15 of each year, beginning March 15, 2006. Such financial statements shall include a balance sheet, income statement, statement of retained earnings, statement of additional paid-in capital, statement of changes in financial position and all related notes and schedules and shall be in comparative form, certified by a nationally recognized firm of Independent Accountants to the effect that such statements were examined and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.

The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested. 2. The CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification shall be prepared as of the last day of each calendar month during the period of performance and shall be submitted to XXXXxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx and Florida Housing’s monitoring agent no later than the 15th day of the following month. The December 2020 request will be due on or before December 15th. The Grantee will submit executed Coronavirus Relief Fund Rental Assistance Applications and supporting documentation to Florida Housing’s monitoring agent within 5 days upon the monitoring agent’s request.

  • Accounting Requirements CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable COUNTY, State, and Federal accounting laws, rules and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain accounting systems and financial records that accurately account for and reflect all Federal funds received, including all matching funds from the State, COUNTY and any other local or private organizations. CONTRACTOR’S records shall reflect the expenditure and accounting of said funds in accordance with all applicable State laws and procedures for expending and accounting for all funds and receivables, as well as meet the financial management standards in 45 CFR Part 92 and in the Office of Management and Budget 2 CFR Part 200 “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.”

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Financial Statements; Absence of Undisclosed Liabilities (a) Parent has made available to Buyer copies of (i) the combined audited balance sheets of the Business as of December 31, 2016 and 2015, and related audited statements of income, changes in equity and cash flows for the years then ended (the “Annual Financial Statements”) and (ii) the unaudited combined pre-tax balance sheet of the Business as of June 30, 2017, in each case excluding the Medical Device Business (the “Interim Balance Sheet”). The Annual Financial Statements (A) are derived from, and have been prepared in accordance with, the consolidated financial statements and books and records of Parent and its Affiliates, (B) fairly present, in all material respects, the financial position of the Business (excluding the Medical Device Business) as of the dates indicated, and (C) fairly present, in all material respects, the assets and liabilities, the results of the operations, changes in equity and cash flows of the Business (excluding the Medical Device Business) for the periods then ended. The Annual Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with GAAP applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods indicated. The Interim Balance Sheet is derived from, and has been prepared in accordance with, the consolidated financial statements and books and records of Parent and its Affiliates, except that it does not include footnote disclosure and does not include income tax-related accruals and disclosures. (b) There are no material Liabilities of Parent or any of its Affiliates (to the extent relating to the Business) or of any Transferred Subsidiary or the Business (whether accrued, absolute, contingent or otherwise) required by GAAP to be set forth on a combined balance sheet of the Business, except (i) Liabilities expressly reflected, reserved for or disclosed in the Interim Balance Sheet, (ii) Liabilities incurred or accrued in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice since the Balance Sheet Date, (iii) Liabilities incurred in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, or (iv) Excluded Liabilities. (c) Parent maintains systems of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances regarding the reliability of financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements for external purposes in accordance with GAAP in all material respects, including internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurance that: (i) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization, and (ii) transactions are recorded as necessary to permit the preparation of financial statements of the Business in conformity with GAAP and maintain accountability for assets. There are no material weaknesses or significant deficiencies (as such terms are defined in Regulation S-X) in Parent’s internal controls likely to adversely affect its ability to record, process, summarize and report financial information of the Business and there has not been any fraud, whether or not material, that involves management or other employees of the Business who have a significant role in Parent’s internal controls over financial reporting.

  • Reporting Requirements of the Commission The Trustee and the Master Servicer shall reasonably cooperate with the Depositor and its counsel to enter into such amendments or modifications to this Agreement as may be necessary to comply with the Rules and any interpretations thereof by the staff of the Commission, subject to the provisions of Section 11.03 hereof.
