Payroll Deduction (2007-08). 1. Any employee who is enrolled in a plan (Health, Dental and/or Vision) which costs more than the District’s required contribution shall be required to sign a payroll deduction form and shall pay the monthly difference by payroll deduction. Deductions are made twelfthly.
