Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC) Retiree Medical Reimbursement Trust. At the request of the DSA, once program implementation requirements are developed, discussed and approved by the County, employees may participate in the PORAC Retiree Medical Reimbursement Trust. It is understood by the County and the DSA, that the County will not make any monetary contributions to the trust on behalf of the County or an employee. The County’s sole responsibility, if the program is approved by both parties to be implemented, is to transfer monetary contributions made by the employees through payroll deductions to the PORAC Retiree Medical Reimbursement Trust Administrator.
