Common use of Peer Assistance and Review Panel Clause in Contracts

Peer Assistance and Review Panel. 2.0.1 The program shall be governed by the PAR Panel composed of seven (7) members, five (5) of whom shall be certificated teachers chosen by the Association. The remaining members of the Panel shall be certificated administrators selected to serve on the Panel by the superintendent. A quorum for Panel meetings shall be two-thirds of the membership. Decisions shall be made by consensus when possible. Should a vote be required, action must be taken on an affirmative vote of at least five (5) members.
