Panel Composition and Selection a. The panel shall consist of five members. Three members shall be certificated classroom teachers who shall be selected by the Association. Two members shall be certificated administrators who shall be selected to serve on the Panel by the Superintendent or his/her designee in June for a two year term.
Panel Composition and Selection. 21.4.1.1 The PAC program is supervised and evaluated by a PAC panel composed of two administrators selected by the County Office and a total of three teachers and/or service providers selected by the Association. Should a PAC panel member be unable to serve for any purpose including, but not limited to, the absence of a regular PAC panel member or the conflict of interest of a PAC panel member, the replacement shall be filled in the same manner that it was originally filled. The chair alternates annually between a Unit Member and an Administrator. A panel year is defined as July 1 – June 30. A panel member’s term shall be three years.
