Common use of Peer Coaching Clause in Contracts

Peer Coaching. All teachers shall have the opportunity, on a voluntary basis, to formulate a peer coaching team of their choice and participate in a peer coaching program. Approval for a team to meet on a given day may be denied or revoked based on the availability of acceptable substitutes. The Board shall determine acceptability of a substitute based on prior performance evaluations.
