PEG Information for Subscribers. (A) Once every twelve (12) months from the effective date of legislation approving the Franchise, with a minimum of sixty (60) days prior written notice from the City, Grantee shall insert in a monthly Subscriber billing statement and make available at walk-in customer facilities, a newsletter or other similar publication provided by the City regarding Public, Educational and Government Access Programming and activities. (B) If provided by the City, Grantee shall include written information about Public, Educational and Governmental Access Programming and activities in materials provided to Subscribers at the time of Cable Service installation.

If, because of events beyond its reasonable control, the Design Professional is not able to meet the specified time period, then it is entitled to ask for additional time from the Owner.
