Switching Fee. You pay no charge to switch your supply to us pursuant to this agreement because the Supplier shall pay any applicable initial switching fees as charged by the Utility.

Switching Fee. It is the Parties’ understanding that the BPU does not permit and the LDC does not assess switching fees. Should the BPU permit and the LDC indicate that it will charge a switching fee, Supplier will pay the switching fee on behalf of Program Participants. Switching Fee. WESTWAY agrees to store one to two molasses rail cars as additional storage at no charge, except that any switching fees to accommodate other rail traffic will be absorbed by CUSTOMER.
