Pension Plan and Group RRSP. (a) Subject to Article 20.02(b), eligible Employees will participate in the Contributory Hourly Pension Plan for Hourly-Rated Employees of McMaster University Including Divinity College (the “Hourly Pension Plan”). The Employer will administer the Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Hourly Pension Plan in effect upon ratification of this Agreement, subject to Appendix A, and the appropriate legislation.
Pension Plan and Group RRSP. (a) Eligible Employees participate in the Pension Plan. The Employer will administer this Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Pension Plan in effect upon ratification of this collective agreement. Except as provided in Appendix F, no changes will be made to existing benefits and/or Employee contribution rates during the term of this Agreement without the written agreement of the Union.
Pension Plan and Group RRSP. Regular employees shall have the option of participating in a Defined Benefit Pension Plan or Group RRSP. The parties agree that employees shall receive detailed information from the Employer in order to make an informed decision.
Pension Plan and Group RRSP. Regular employees shall have the option of participating in a defined Pension Plan or Group RRSP. Any proposed changes to the Pension Plan or Group RRSP shall be discussed with the Union.
