Common use of Pension Service Credits Clause in Contracts

Pension Service Credits. Members of the RN, Dental Hygienist and Technical bargaining units in the Northwest region who converted from a defined-contribution plan to a defined- benefit plan in 2003–2004 will be eligible for pension service credits in accordance with the September 2005 Letter of Agreement between the health plan and OFNHP and ONA at the local level.
