Performance During Period. In the event the successful applicant's performance proves unsatisfactory or for bona fide reasons the employee is unable to remain in the new position during the aforesaid trial period, the employee shall revert to the employee's former Job Classificationheld immediately precedingthe employee's selectionwithout any loss of seniority. The employee's rate of pay shall then be adjusted to the current basic rate of pay for the Job Classification into which the employee has reverted.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.
