Performance Engineer’s Program. 14.13.1 In addition to the Technical Data provided under Clause 14, the Seller shall provide to the Buyer Software Services, which shall consist of the Performance Engineer’s Programs (“PEP”) for the Aircraft type covered under this Agreement.
