Performance Measurements. 4.1 Performance of Core Funding will be monitored through the Steering Group who will agree an annual Action Plan for the project. The KHWP will organise quarterly meetings of the steering group and produce a quarterly report providing updates on project progress and progress on the agreed action plan. The KHWP will produce an annual report for Members and officers of the Council (Officer Consultation Group for KHWP) showing achievements, outcomes and expenditure and will cover: • Volunteers − Events/actions at promoting encouraging volunteering. − Number of volunteer days − Training given and qualifications/skill achieved • Names of all schools, community groups and number of organisations and private landowners worked with. • Contributions towards High Weald AONB Management Plan Objectives • Contributions towards Local Biodiversity Action Plan Targets
