Performance of Contract. 2.1 Appendix A (General Conditions), Items 1 through 18, govern contract performance. 2.2 Appendix B sets forth the liability and insurance provisions of this contract. 2.3 Appendix C sets forth the scope of work/services to be performed by the contractor. ARTICLE 3.
Performance of Contract. (I) The Lender’s transfer of the loan to the account of the Borrower shall be deemed as the Lender’s performance of its obligation to issue the loan. (II) If the Lender recovers the principal and interest of the matured loan or recovers the principal and interest in advance as agreed, it may directly stop the payment of the Borrower’s account opened in any business institution of Zhejiang Xiaoshan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and directly deduct the corresponding amount to repay the loan principal, interest and expenses.

Performance of Contract. The obligations under this Contract are performable in Tarrant County, Texas, and any payments under this Contract are to be made in Tarrant County, Texas.
Performance of Contract. The Company shall supply all labor, material and equipment necessary to carry out this Agreement except as otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement. The Company agrees to pay all persons doing work or furnishing skill, tools, machinery, materials, insurance premiums, equipment, or supplies and all just claims for such work, material, equipment insurance, and supplies in and about the performance of this Agreement.
Performance of Contract. Manager agrees that if Landlord shall exercise any of its rights under the Assignment, Manager will perform its obligations under the Management Agreement for the benefit and at the written direction of Landlord; provided, however, that it is a condition precedent to the continued performance by Manager [i] that Landlord has exercised its rights within 30 days of the date of Landlord's receipt of notice of Tenant's default from Manager, and [ii] that Landlord within the 30 day period has agreed in writing to perform Tenant's obligations under the Management Agreement in connection with the continued performance of the work including, but not limited to, payment to Manager.
Performance of Contract. Time is of the essence hereof, and if any payment or other material condition hereof is not made or performed by either the Seller or the Buyer as herein provided, then this Agreement shall be null and void and of no force and effect and both parties hereto shall be released from all obligations hereunder, at the sole option of the party who is not in default. However, in the event the Buyer elects to treat this Agreement as being in full force and effect, then nothing herein shall be construed as to prevent its specific performance, or damages, as the case may be. -8-
Performance of Contract. Company agrees to designate to Independent Contractor the place at which the vehicle(s) of Independent Contractor shall be loaded and to furnish all labor and equipment for the purpose of loading such vehicle(s) and further agrees to pay Independent Contractor for hauling and/or delivering such load(s) in accordance with the provisions with respect to payment set forth in this Agreement.
Performance of Contract. 3.1 The County of Los Angeles, upon request by the County of Santa Xxxx, will transport prisoners arrested and held by other law enforcement agencies within the State on the authority of warrants issued from the County of Santa Xxxx to a place mutually agreeable to the parties; either to the County of Santa Xxxx or to a place on the established statewide route of the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Transportation Bureau.
