Resolution of Technical Problems. Registrar agrees to employ necessary employees, contractors, or agents with sufficient technical training and experience to respond to and fix all technical problems concerning the use of the Supported Protocol and the APIs in conjunction with Registrar's systems. Registrar agrees that in the event of significant degradation of the System or other emergency, or upon Registrar’s violation of Operational Requirements, VNDS may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend or restrict access to the System. Such temporary suspensions or restrictions shall be applied in a nonarbitrary manner and shall apply fairly to any registrar similarly situated, including affiliates of VNDS.

Registrar shall employ necessary employees, contractors, or agents with sufficient technical training and experience to respond to and fix all technical problems concerning access to the Registry System and/or the use of the Registry Tool Kit, APIs, and Supported Protocol in conjunction with Registrar’s systems. Registrar agrees that in the event of significant degradation of the Registry System or other emergency, Registry Operator may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Registry System (making reasonable efforts to provide prior notice thereof if possible). Such temporary suspensions shall be applied in a non-arbitrary manner and shall apply fairly to any registrar similarly situated, including any affiliates of Registry Operator.

In the event of significant degradation of the Registry System or other emergency, PIR may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend or restrict Registrar's access to the Registry System. Such temporary suspensions shall be applied in a non- arbitrary manner and shall apply fairly to any registrar similarly situated, including affiliates of PIR.

Registrar agrees that in the event of significant degradation of the Registry System or other emergency, Registry may, in its sole discretion, suspend Registrar’s access to the Registry System.

Such temporary suspensions shall be applied in a nonarbitrary manner and shall apply fairly to any registrar similarly situated, including NSI.

You shall employ employees, contractors, and/or agents with sufficient technical training and experience to respond to and fix all technical problems concerning the use of the EPP, the APIs and the systems of the Registry in conjunction with Your systems. In the event of significant degradation of the Registry System or other emergency, we may, in our sole discretion, temporarily suspend or restrict Registrar's access to the Registry System. Such temporary suspensions shall be applied in a non‐arbitrary manner and shall apply fairly to any Registrar similarly situated, including Resellers. We will provide You with any advance notice via email, and/or via telephone of any temporary suspension or restriction, except where we are prevented from doing so due to circumstances outside of our control.
Resolution of Technical Problems. Registrar agrees to employ necessary employees, contractors, or agents with sufficient xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx and experience to respond to and fix all technical problems concerning the use of the SRRP and the APIs in conjunction with Registrar's systems. Registrar agrees that in the event of significant degradation of the System or other emergency, GNR, as Registry, may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend access to the System. Such temporary suspensions shall be applied in a non-arbitrary manner and shall apply fairly to any registrar similarly situated.
Resolution of Technical Problems. Registrar agrees to employ necessary employees, contractors, or agents with sufficient technical training and experience to respond to and fix all technical problems concerning the use of the XRP and the APIs in conjunction with Registrar’s systems. Registrar agrees that in the event of significant degradation of the System or other emergency, Registry Operator may, in its sole discretion, temporarily suspend access to the System. Such temporary suspensions shall be applied in a non-arbitrary manner and shall apply fairly to any registrar similarly situated, including affiliates of Registry Operator.
Resolution of Technical Problems. (a) Subject to section 16(b), Newbridge agrees to promptly resolve all the technical problems with the Products identified in Exhibit "C", attached hereto, which are customer service-affecting. The parties will continue to work together to determine suitable resolutions for all other technical problems with the Products identified in Exhibit C.
(b) TeleHub agrees to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to Newbridge as Newbridge resolves the technical problems referenced in section 16(a).
