Pesticides In accordance with Section 17-1209 of the Administrative Code, to the extent that the Contractor or any Subcontractor applies pesticides to any property owned or leased by the City, the Contractor and any Subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 12 of the Administrative Code.
Stats Executive acknowledges and represents that the scope of such restrictions are appropriate, necessary and reasonable for the protection of the Company’s business, goodwill, and property rights. Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.
